Schedules of reception of arrival:

  • Thursday: 16H00 with 18H00
  • Friday: 15H00 with 17H00 , in July and August: 15H00 with 18H00

Starting schedules:

The apartments must be released the day of your departure at the latest with 10H00

Telephone reception:

We do not diffuse leaflet-paper of our establishment. We made our possible to detail our services and conditions of lodging, if however you wish further in- formation, a telephone permanence will be assured Friday 15H00 with 17H00, and obviously we will an- swer your e-mail all the week long!

DECREASING TARIFF

  • Periods: Blue: - 50% , green: - 40% et orange : - 30% from one week to an other one ( if continuing in the same flat) till to 4 weeks. Following weeks: 495/457/367€ , 478/602/646€ et 627/775/838€

N.B. : If the stay is on different periods, blue, green or orange : the discount is done on the cheapest periods.

Extra charges, paying Visitor’s tax –of the 01/04 to the 30/09–: 0,90 euros/day/persons over 12 y.o.

Mode of Reservations:

The reservation will be firm only once we receive and accept a deposit correspondent to 30% of the value of the stay. That made, we will address to you, by post, a receipt and a confirmation of your reservation.

  • Accepted payments:
    • France: Credit card or cheque
    • Foreigner: Credit card or swift transfer (our IBAN: FR10 3007 7021 4100 0025 0683 F47)

Cancellation:

If cancellation, the deposit is never refunded, nor deferred. (French legal statute of “arrhes”) Think of taking a cancellation insurance ( it is often integrated if you pay with your credit card.)

Balance:

the payment of your stay is done on your arrival

Guarantee:

With the entry of the places: 500 euros (by CB or cheque)
