Apartment description

Our 7 apartments are of type T2 (33 to 44 m²); they are conceived to accomodate 1 to 4 people maximum (child and baby included) They are equipped with flat screen television set, free wifi and individual air-conditioning, heating floor with individual régulation. They lay out all of an independent room with a 2 people bed of 140 or 160 cm, a wall cupboard-closet and gives on a balcony or terrace. Water room with Italian shower and washing machine Independent toilets The main room equipped with large windows (with electric rolling shutters) opens on broad terraces of more than 20m² which profit for their majority (5/7) from the sight on the beach or on the port, even both. This part is equipped:

  • of a settee–bed with 2 independent single beds
  • table and 4 chairs
  • lounge table
  • wardrobe
  • kitchen with sink, induction stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwaves furnace, range hood
  • terrace table and chairs outside

N.B. : The barbeQ are prohibited For reasons of safety and responsibilities, we provide neither foot of parasol, nor parasol.

Linen:

With your arrival, the linen is installed for the more than one week stays, you will find the exchange arranged in the wardrobe or racks.

We place at your disposal:

  • a set / week : sheets, pillowcase, tablecloth, cloths, carpet of bath
  • a set /par nobody per week : bath towel, hand towel, napkin
  • a play/by stay : couette cover sheet

Spare:

With your arrival, all is ready At the time of your departure, we ask you to return the cleaned kitchen, clean crockery and line, wall cupboards clean, emptied dishwasher, emptied and cleaned vacuum cleaner tank and clean and emptied dustbin: the bins containers are located while leaving the residence du Château on your left side hand, and if you are followers, like us, selective sorting, the closest containers are to 200 m opposite the Tourist Office. We undertake the remaining household.

Animals:

The animals are not accepted.

Car park:

Our residence has a private car park closed by a sliding and electric gate; the charge for it is of 12 euros/vehicle / day At the time of your reservation, thank you to specify if you wish a parking place. We have neither place deposits - minute, nor of visitors car park.
